Website Disclaimer and Important Notices

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use charlieoccasions.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Charlieoccasions Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines or do any other plumbing work. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, not by Charlieoccasions Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the system design, the soil and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a problem. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Never climb into a septic tank, and never work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Charlieoccasions Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of Content

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or correct in every detail.
